Yes! All of our lessons are hosted online through a program called Zoom. Once you schedule a class, a confirmation email will be sent to you with the Zoom link for that specific lesson. Zoom has a record option available, which can be a great tool to view your progress!

There are many benefits in taking online lessons including convenient and flexible lesson times, no studio fees, and singing in the comfort of your own home. We embrace the advantages of technology, with quick file transfers, screen sharing, lesson recordings and more.

Please note: If you register for a monthly membership, a credit card will need to be on file for monthly membership charges.
No cash or checks are accepted.

• A laptop, desktop computer, phone, or iPad with audio and video capabilities.
• A reliable wi-fi connection.
• Enough space to be comfortable standing and moving around.

Optional but recommended:

• A second device is recommended in case we use pre-recorded vocal exercises or backing tracks during the lesson.
  Sheet music or lyrics printed out for the songs we are working on.
• An external microphone.

Absolutely! For the 2020-2021 year there are no fees for our virtual Open Mic nights and quarterly Recitals!

If you are enrolled in a monthly membership and wish to cancel your membership, please contact us no less than 7 days before the beginning of your next billing cycle for all future charges to be stopped.

If you are cancelling in the middle of a billing cycle, your payment is nonrefundable; however, you may attend your remaining lessons for that month.

Please do not use the booking system to cancel.

Unfortunately, there are no refunds if you forget to reschedule a lesson you were not able to attend. Please be sure to contact us 24 hours in advance, or reschedule in the booking calendar 24 hours before your scheduled lesson.
