Booking Information

Once you book your first lesson, you will be prompted to create an account. You can log in at any time to view or reschedule your lesson.

With our monthly membership, you will save money and reserve the same lesson time every week. There are no contracts involved and you have the ability to reschedule your lesson within 24 hours of your session.

For the 2020-2021 season, there are no registration, recital or open mic fees

All major credit cards and Stripe are accepted.


Please note: If you register for a monthly membership, a credit card will need to be on file for monthly membership charges.


No cash or checks are accepted.

Your monthly membership includes four private lessons per month. You may reschedule your lessons as long as they are within the billing cycle.

All you need is a laptop, desktop computer, phone or iPad with audio and video capabilities, and you’re ready to start!


A second device is recommended to accommodate the use of vocal exercises and backing tracks during the lesson. Some students choose to purchase an external microphone as well, but this is not required. 

Benefits of 30, 45, and 60 Minute Lessons

30 minute lessons are recommended for students 7-10 years old.

45 minute lessons are recommended for students 10-18 years old.

60 minute lessons are recommended for students over 18 years old.

With no transportation time to factor in, it is easy to fit in two sessions per week. This also helps the student to stay on track and stay motivated, as they will be in contact with their teacher more frequently.

There are no contracts, registration, cancellation or rescheduling fees. If you have a monthly membership, you will be billed one month at a time. You can cancel your monthly membership at any time, with one weeks notice.
If the monthly membership isn’t for you, you can book single lessons at any time.

You can either book one lesson at a time, or sign up for a membership, which will allow you to reserve the same lesson each week. Feel free to change your lesson at any time.

Rescheduling a lesson is easy!

  1. Log into your account at least 24 hours before the lesson time, or simply click on the ‘reschedule’ button located in the confirmation email.
  2. Choose the time slot you want to move it to.
  3. Click “Reschedule”

You’re done! You will receive a rescheduling confirmation email.

For your convenience, you will also receive a reminder via email 48 hours prior to your lesson time. Don’t forget, our system will not allow you to change class times in less than 24 hours prior to your scheduled lesson.

Important Information

Cancellation Policies & Holidays

There are no refunds or makeups for cancelled lessons, but you are welcome to reschedule your lesson for any time throughout the month, as long as we get 24 hours notice! You can even reschedule the same lesson multiple times.

If the teacher needs to cancel a lesson, we will notify the students by email, phone or text as soon as possible to book a new time for your missed lesson.

Da Capo will be closed for all Canadian statutory holidays. Any additional closures will be posted at least 1 month in advance for rescheduling convenience.

If you are enrolled in a monthly membership and wish to cancel your membership, please contact us no less than 7 days before the beginning of your next billing cycle for all future charges to be stopped.
If you are cancelling in the middle of a billing cycle, your payment is nonrefundable; however, you may attend your remaining lessons for that month.
